What inspired you to start your company?

Throughout both my academic and professional careers, and as the founder of Politics4Her, I realized that young women doubted themselves way too much. I decided to sign up for women empowerment certification, and create a program adapted to my experiences and expertise. Everything I learn, I want to be able to share with other young women. My ultimate goal in life is to empower women by making them believe in themselves so that they can reach their full potential and get into more leadership positions. Our participation in social, political, and economic decision-making is a must to acquire development.

Why should anyone use your service or product?

What makes it special is that it focuses on five different key areas: advocacy, academics, personal development, early career, and public speaking. My clients can choose to focus on any of them. I wanted to mix both life and career coaching and mutate into one to help young women interested in fields related to politics, international relations, human rights, law and more.

Share a little about your entrepreneurial journey. And do you come from an entrepreneurial background?

It took me months before officially launching my program back in March 2021. I wanted to do it on Women’s History Month because I thought it would be meaningful. But I started working on the program months before. I was doubting and scared that no one would be interested. Since I started, it has been a tremendous success and I have helped and impacted several young women from every corner of the world. I believe that we shouldn’t overthink and just do whatever we believe in.
